Reward Excellence in Emerging Fields

To adapt to the changing needs of our region and the changing desires of our students, Towson University continues to put an emphasis on excellence in STEM disciplines, specifically science, technology and mathematics. Those studying in these fields represent the future of Towson University and of Maryland.

The Porter Family Scholarship in Mathematics and Computer Science serves to reward those students excelling in these emerging fields, and offers scholarship support to full-time undergraduates with financial need and at least a 3.0 grade-point average. Your gift increases the impact of that support while joining TU in its commitment to serving the emerging needs of our students and our community.
