The Office of Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility (CESR) creates a thriving civic culture in which every member of the Towson University (TU) community has the disposition, skills, and knowledge to be an active co-creator of a shared future. 

CESR offers transformative educational experiences that provide TU students with a range of service-learning opportunities to engage meaningfully on their campus and in local communities. Signature immersive programs include Lutherville Lab Mentors, the Civic Action Collaboratory, and the Civic Transformation Living Learning Community.
