Enrollment Management Fund
The Division of Enrollment Management Foundation Account supports activities and events with enrollment stakeholders to support student recruitment, retention, and completion efforts. The fund also supports EM best practices through professional development activities and staff recognitions in the Division of Enrollment Management.
Several factors influence a student’s college choice, student success, retention, and timely graduation. TU’s commitment to recruiting and retaining students led to the creation of the Division of Enrollment Management.
The Division is comprised of the following offices: Admissions (undergraduate, graduate, and international), Academic Advising, Retention & Completion, Financial Aid, the Tutoring & Learning Center, and the Registrar - offices that support the enrollment life cycle of each student. Enrollment Management also coordinates with other Divisions on campus supporting strategic enrollment initiatives, outreach and partnerships, technology, and administrative support.
Together, we form a collaborative, student-centered, service-driven, and outcomes-oriented team committed to cultural inclusivity, effective use of data, and staff excellence in supporting student success.
